Property Staff Accountant – Well-qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including experience in the private real estate sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline, a CPA is not required for this position. This individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, be self-motivated, possess a keen attention to detail, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
This position will be responsible for:
Working with the CFO to prepare checks for the monthly construction company draw to subcontractors
Input this data into Sage accounting software
Preparing monthly checks for the development company bills
Paying all bills that are required for each property monthly
Construction Superintendent - in Atlanta and in Savannah, Georgia. Well-qualified candidates will have 7 years of experience in multifamily housing and a four-year degree in Construction Science or a related field. Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors on-site to ensure the quality and accuracy of work according to the construction drawings and maintaining a safe and clean construction site. Strong candidates will possess the skills to create and implement a construction schedule. This individual will also demonstrate the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to deliver a superior quality product.
Community Manager – In Savannah, Georgia. Well-qualified candidates will be proficient in Yardi, and Rent Cafe software, with at least 3 years’ experience as a manager at a Class A property
Real Estate Manager – Well-qualified candidates will have a college degree and 2 years of work experience in the real estate field

Land Research Assistant- College Degree with some work experience in the real estate field

Responsibilities will include daily, detail-oriented, hands-on coordination to ensure a successful construction project is completed within time and cost objectives. This individual will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce excellent quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. As well as exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior product.
